Thought-provoking fingernails

Several days ago, someone sent me a rather interesting picture of some painted fingernails as shown below:

I must admit that I was rather impressed with this (note to self, must grow fingernails) and I shared it around as an "interesting/thought-provoking" image. Well, someone just introduced me to the following image, which is even more spectacular:

What do you think, apart from the fact that some people have way too much time on their hands (pun intended)? Is this as good as it gets, or are you aware of anything even more extravagant?
