Yahoo's board of directors rejected Feb. 11 Microsoft's buyout offer, saying that the $44.6 billion-dollar bid is too low and not what's best for its shareholders.

A $1B annual return on $45B investment represents 100 yr ROI or slightly less ROI than the Romney bid to buy the White House. Yahoo employees apparently already jumped ship. Yahoo features routinely blare "service not connected" Why doesn't Google purchase Microsoft and shut the Gate up?

I guess MS is really desperate to get past Google. Ballmer desperately wants to leave a legacy not in anyway connected with Gates.
And I just read now, a Yahoo investor is asking for more moolah from MS. Ah, the story is not yet over.
