The EC has added the DVB-H to the EU's list of standards that serve as the basis for encouraging the harmonized provision of telecommunications across the EU.

Finally. First heard this one in 2005 (IBC show) and even then, it seems like DVB-H is the way to go. Why it took 3 years, that we have to look into.
