Media reports in the Philippines reported this week that a company belonging to the Samsung Group will invest $2 billion for a facility in Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga province, approximately 2hrs north of Manila.

Certainly a great decision by Samsung and Texas Instruments Company and a great opportunity to our young and fresh graduates also for the skilled Semicon filipinos, Unlike Intel Corp. whose tail in Cavite Site is pulling out from the philippines for Vietnam good tax free incentive.
