Incredible... think is the best adjective but adequate for this initiative... this is an example for other countries that are willing to be transformed from commodities suppliers into technical one's. Congratulation to Mr. Patrick Mannion for his high "sensibility". Ing. Alfredo Rehbein, Santiago, Chile

I would recommend building silicone from sand as well. Silicon can replace carbon usually derived from petrochemical stock in silicone polymers, gels, paints , etc... If the producers of petroleum become the largest producers of silicone materials , the world will be better off and Dubai and the Arab emirates will be richer.. But I had offered his highness the sheikh one of my patents and never got a reply .. May be the sheikh is mainly interested in real estate not in the rebirth of arab genius at Chemistry and engineering. I have invented several engines, new types of cars, trucks, scooters, sportscars, rickshaws, concrete trains and am working on using the sea for agricultural production in deserts... But all I can do is to wish the Arab Emirates continued succes at their own speed. Address: Michel Gamil Rabbat, 1042 Cornwall Dr , Holiday , Florida 34691, USA e-mail : samcamtwins@Yahoo.com
