Intel Corp. and Globe Telecom have announced the official roll-out of commercial WiMAX services in the Philippines through Globe Broadband.

hmmm, i wonder when would globe extend its wimax services reach to other provinces in the philippines. but whether it'll take sooner or later, this is great news! :-D

If Globe is providing at 512 Kbps I wonder what the uplink speed is. Per advertisement of Globe, it still doesn't say the price of the CPE.
