The ultra-low-cost computer was conceptualized for use in teaching computer programming, as well as for greater educational use in the developing world.

I am sorry, but this is not a complete PC. A PC has at least a power supply, keyboard, mouse, HDMI cable, Ethernet, and oh you need to purchase your non-volatile memory as well. I am leaving out things like a case, etc... Once these items are added to the cost you are in the $50 to $75 range. Still, probably not bad for some applications.
