I found one excellent book for Mobile Handset internal details starting from 1G to 4G phones. It extensively covers all the details – (from principle to practice to product) of a mobile phone including the internal circuits, hardware, software and operations. This focuses only on Mobile handset and provides all the internal details required for mobile handset design and development.
I believe it will be very useful for Mobile handset designers and also students in mobile / wireless communications. I hope any designer will like it very much.
