Intel alone has committed $1 billion in investments and is looking to employing 4,000 when its Vietnam operation starts rolling in 2009. But Foxconn is the bigger bettor, with its commitment of $5 billion and 300,000 hirees in the next five years. With enough juicy jobs to go around, is the Vietnamese engineer happy? What do you love most about being an engineer in Asia's rising superstar? What exactly do you look for in an ideal job?
