The Singapore manufacturing output dropped by 2.5 per cent on-year in May, according to Channel NewsAsia report. It was the biomedical cluster that dragged the industry down with a 9.2 per cent decline.
Here are the numbers for the electronics segment:
Output fell by 7.5 per cent. The infocomms and consumer electronics segment rose 9.1 per cent.  Other electronics modules and components segment moved up by 2 per cent. Finally, the semiconductor didn't perform well, and decreased by 6.4 per cent.
