Description

Responsible for ensuring design robustness, testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.

Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits. Contribute to evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.
Focus on data mining and modelling to improve yield/bin split/PHI, and to draw insights useful to improve product/IP DFx and circuit robustness.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement and validate of various models based on heterogeneous (Circuit, UPF, ETEST, Sort, Class, PPV) data sources in order to establish the dimensions and the algorithms that provide predictions to improve yield/bin split/PHI, and insights to improve product/IP DFx and circuit robustness.
- Interact with design/process development/design CAD tools/PDE engineers to continuously update/refine these models.
- Drive and implement product optimization opportunities across the PLC identified by these models.
