the current situation has caused employment re-shuffling and lay-offs or resignations. now more than ever we need to take care of our families first. Working irelevant overtime is not a solution... work hard and stay focussed at your work, dont waste time so that you can leave on time and be with your family for quality time.
I have lost a couple of dear friends in my office just last month.... do quality work, that all you can do..we are just human beings trying to survive. It will be a tough 1 - 1 1/2 years before a recovery happens. now..more than ever, keep your family safe and happy... they will give you the strength to remain strong and focussed. working endless hours will not - it will just make you even more stressed out than you might be already.
